Shipping
We want to give everyone a chance to buy products, therefore all items are MADE-TO-ORDER.
Items are shipped via USPS.
Tracking numbers are updated and sent via email.

Returns
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All sales are final. Unless your tracking proves you have not received your item, we cannot provide a refund. You will only be fully refunded if the item arrives with major damage. If the item has only minor defects, you may be eligible for a small partial refund depending on the severity of the issue.
